You have the right to access, correct, export, or delete the personal information we hold about you. This page explains how to make a request and what to expect. For a full description of what data we collect and why, see our Privacy Policy.

What data we hold

  • Your name, email address, and profile picture (from Google or Facebook sign-in).
  • Your order history, including shipping addresses and item details.
  • Email correspondence related to your orders or support requests.

Payment card numbers are never stored by us — Stripe handles payment processing directly.

How to request deletion

To delete your account and associated personal data, email orders@marleniscrochet.com from the email address on file with the subject line "Data deletion request."

Please include:

  • The email address linked to your Marlenis Crochet account.
  • Whether you signed up with Google, Facebook, or guest checkout.

What happens next

  • We confirm receipt within 5 business days.
  • We delete your account, profile data, and authentication records within 30 days.
  • Order records may be retained in anonymized form for tax and accounting compliance (typically 7 years), but they will no longer be linked to you personally.
  • You will receive a confirmation email once deletion is complete.

Other requests

Email orders@marleniscrochet.com if you'd like to:

  • Receive a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Correct inaccurate or outdated information.
  • Object to how your data is being used.
  • Withdraw consent previously given.

We respond to all requests within 30 days.

Revoking third-party sign-in

If you signed in with Google or Facebook, you can also revoke our access directly from your provider:

Revoking access prevents future sign-ins but does not delete your existing account or order history — email us to delete those.
