www.marleniscrochet.com (the "Site") is operated by Cyle Software LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Cyle," "we," "us," or "our"), on behalf of Marlenis Crochet, an independent handmade crochet business based in Naples, Florida that sells the pieces offered on the Site. This policy describes what personal information we collect when you visit the Site or place an order, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Account information — your name, email address, and profile picture, provided through Google or Facebook sign-in.
• Order information — items purchased, shipping address, and the email address used at checkout.
• Payment information — handled entirely by Stripe; we never see or store your card number.
• Technical information — basic logs (IP address, browser, pages visited) collected automatically when you visit the site.

How we use it

• To create and authenticate your account.
• To process and fulfill your orders.
• To send order confirmations, shipping updates, and reply to support inquiries.
• To detect and prevent fraud, abuse, or security incidents.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties, and we do not use your data for advertising or profiling.

Service providers we share data with

• Stripe — payment processing.
• Resend — order confirmation and shipping emails.
• Google & Facebook — only if you choose to sign in with them; they share your name, email, and profile picture with us.
• Google Analytics — anonymous usage statistics, so we can see how the shop is used and improve it. Not loaded at all for UK/EEA visitors unless they accept it. See Cookies below.
• Vercel — hosting and infrastructure.

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy and processes your information only as needed to deliver our service.

You can revoke this app's access to your Google account at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions, and your Facebook account at facebook.com/settings?tab=business_tools.

How long we keep your data

We retain account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are retained for at least seven years to comply with tax and accounting obligations. You can request deletion at any time — see Data Protection.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Correct inaccurate information.
• Request deletion of your data.
• Withdraw consent or object to processing.

Cookies

We use essential cookies — those required to keep you signed in, to remember your shopping cart, and to record your cookie choice. These are always active.

We also use Google Analytics to understand how visitors move through the shop, so we can see where it is confusing and improve it. It tells us things like which pages were viewed and roughly where in the world a visit came from. We never send it your name, email address, or payment details.

If you are visiting from the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, Google Analytics does not load at all unless you accept it — we ask before anything is stored on your device. Everywhere else it is on by default, and you can turn it off whenever you like using the Cookie settings link at the bottom of any page. That same link lets you change your mind later, wherever you are.

We do not use advertising or ad-targeting cookies, and we do not sell your data.
