Welcome to marleniscrochet.com (the "Site"). The Site is owned and operated by Cyle Software LLC, a Florida limited liability company ("Cyle," "we," "us," or "our"). Marlenis Crochet is a storefront of Cyle Software LLC featuring handmade crochet pieces. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service.

Who you're buying from

All purchases made on the Site are sold by Cyle Software LLC, which is the merchant of record. Your payment is processed by Stripe and lands with Cyle Software LLC. Pieces are handcrafted by Marlenis and offered for sale through this storefront.

Our products

Every piece sold on the Site is made by hand. Slight variations in color, texture, stitch tension, and dimensions are inherent to handmade goods and are not defects. Photos are representative; your piece may differ slightly from the photo shown.

Orders, pricing & availability

• Pricing. Prices are listed in U.S. dollars and may change at any time without notice.
• Order acceptance. Your order is an offer to buy. We may decline or cancel an order for any reason, including stock unavailability, pricing errors, or suspected fraud. If we cancel after payment, we refund in full.
• Sales tax. Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on shipping address.
• Custom-only. Some pieces are custom only; lead time is shown on the product page.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Your bank statement will show a descriptor referencing "Marlenis Crochet" for purchases made on the Site.

Shipping

We ship from Naples, Florida. Shipping costs and estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout. Title and risk of loss pass to you when the carrier accepts the package from us. We are not responsible for carrier delays, but we will help you file a claim if a package is lost or damaged in transit.

Returns & refunds

• Window. You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Email orders@marleniscrochet.com to start a return.
• Condition. Items must be unused, with no signs of wear, in original packaging.
• Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we refund the purchase price to the original payment method. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
• Custom-only pieces. Custom-only pieces are final sale once shipped and not eligible for return unless defective.

Custom orders

When you place a custom-only piece, we charge a 50% deposit at checkout to confirm your order. The remaining 50% is charged automatically when your piece is in-stock. Lead time is shown on the product page.

• Non-refundable deposit. Once Marlenis has begun crafting your piece, your deposit is non-refundable. Marlenis typically begins work within 24 hours of confirmation.
• Cancellation window. If you need to cancel before work has started, email orders@marleniscrochet.com within 24 hours of your order confirmation and we'll refund your deposit in full.
• Final sale. Custom-only pieces are final sale once shipped and are not eligible for return unless defective.

Care & use

Crochet pieces require gentle care. Care instructions are included with each order. Cyle Software LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper care, mishandling, or normal wear.

Intellectual property

All Site content — including photographs, designs, text, logos, and the Marlenis Crochet name — is owned by Cyle Software LLC or used with permission. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute Site content without written consent.

Accounts

You may create an account using Google or Facebook sign-in. You are responsible for activity on your account. We may suspend or close an account for fraud, abuse, or violation of these Terms.

Disclaimer & limitation of liability

The Site and products are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cyle Software LLC disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Cyle Software LLC's total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the item giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Collier County, Florida, and you consent to that jurisdiction.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Site after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
